Beware! Extreme weather warning.Just a warning for you.
The last time I fitted two new tyres to my 4x4, (2 years ago) Cornwall came to a standstill with snow the day after.
So.....
This evening I am having FOUR new tyres fitted! 
Prepare for blizzards!
To be on the safe side I am fitting General Grabber All Terrains,
I have also dug out the snow chains, just in case!

I've just been out and bought enough supplies for a month, boarded up all the windows, cut down a couple of trees and logged them from the garden, is there anything that I have forgotten.???

Fitted Grabber At's ? you should have fitted Grabber MT's then they could hear you coming down the bypass from the plume with the tyre roar.

Realy pleased with them.
Very little road noise.
And they look the mutts nuts!
Let's hope they perform as good as they look when push comes to shove, and hopefully not tow!

Just bought a book on Igloo building & ice fishing. At the moment I'm building a sleigh for the 3 jack russels and two german Shepard's i have kidnapped in the village here. Stoked up the beer and done a fair share of hunter gathering. OK I'm ready for the Snow...what time will it hit Trev?

Your guess is as good as mine Don, thought I heard somebody say better batten down the hatches, trouble is I can't find any hatches to batten down???
The German Sheperd's you mention would that be real German Sheperd's, or German Sheperd's as in Alsation type Gerrman Sheperd's, mind you those pesky Jack Russels ("ankle-nippers") are good workers. Still looking for those hatches.!!!!!!!!!

All we had here last night Friday was a very heavy Frost. About -4 i think it went down to. Woke up to rain.

Yo oddball, to rectify just click on my profile, that is to say your profile, scroll down to where it says timezone you will find you are GMT+1 hour, click the drop down menu and change it to just GMT and then submit at the bottom.

Well, it was pretty extreme on Sunday!
Managed to get the bike out around lunchtime.
Was out in the van later and it p!ssed down, blew a hooley and sleet and hails.
Branches of trees clattering down.
What will we do when winter comes?!

I usually spend my winters catching as many colds and flu as I can (saves other people the bother) and it helps the drug companies to make a profit so I feel that I am doing my bit for mankind!

When I was younger I thought that TSW Weather referred to the television station region, (Television South West)....
I have now come to realise it stands for Typically Sh!t Weekend Weather.
